We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy outlines when refunds are available and what to expect at each stage of the testing process.
Refund Eligibility

| Kit lost in transit | Free replacement | If your kit does not arrive and tracking confirms it was lost in transit, we will ship a replacement kit at no additional cost. |
| Test in progress | No refund | Once the test kit has been placed and the testing period has begun, no refund is available. |
| After results delivered | No refund | Once your radon test results have been delivered, the service has been fully rendered and no refund is available. |
Why We Cannot Offer Refunds After Shipping
Our radon test kits are single-use, sealed laboratory instruments. Once shipped, a kit cannot be returned to inventory or resold. The cost of the service includes the test kit, outbound shipping, a prepaid return label, laboratory analysis, and results delivery — the majority of these costs are incurred at the time of shipping.
Follow-Through Guarantee
We're confident our guided process works. If you complete the full 91-day testing period and return your kit following our reminders, and we are unable to deliver your results due to a service failure on our end, we will make it right — either with a free replacement kit or a full refund. Damaged or Defective Kits
If your test kit arrives damaged or appears defective, contact us at support@radontest.ca within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement kit at no additional cost.
Expired Tests
If you do not return your test kit within 12 months (365 days) of the start date, the test is considered expired. Expired tests cannot be analyzed and no results will be delivered. No refund is available for expired tests.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (for orders where the kit has not yet shipped), email us at support@radontest.ca with your order number. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a kit that has been shipped and for which tracking confirms delivery, we reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery and service commencement to your payment provider.
This refund policy does not limit any cancellation rights you may have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
